Online and in-person sessions
From the comfort of your home, online sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
In-person sessions are available every Tuesday at the tranquil setting of Chiltlee Manor in Liphook, Hampshire (with free parking). Click here for location.
All sessions are an hour and 15 mins priced at £75.
