Relaxation & Stress Management

Stress is a natural response to challenging situations and demands, but when it becomes chronic or overwhelming, it can have negative effects on our physical and mental well-being.

Chronic stress can lead to a range of symptoms including fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, and sleep disturbances.  Stress can exacerbate anxiety, panic disorders and pain.

CBH addresses these emotional components by teaching relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and stress management skills. Hypnotherapy can enhance these skills by promoting a receptive state of mind for learning and internalising new approaches.

A one off, two-hour therapy session of Deep Relaxation for Stress Management is also available. Please email for availability.
